Today at sunset, Pentecost (Shavout), the giving or revelation of God's Torah (Word, Teaching) was committed to Israel nearly 3337 years ago.
Shavuot commemorates the wheat harvest and the giving of the Torah on Mount Sinai. The Word was given the in time of the wheat harvest. Bread is made of wheat. What a beautiful timing, the GOD of Israel chose to reveal His Torah (Word, Teaching) to His people. He gave them the Bread of His Word!
Around 1313 years after the the revelation of His Word, Almighty God revealed His Visible Image (Col. 1:15, 2 Cor. 4:4, 1 Tim. 3:16).
On the same day of Pentecost (Shavout) around 1343 years after the revelation of God's Torah (Word, Teaching) , God began to give, pour out His Holy Spirit upon His people.
Today more than ever we need to receive and cleave and be filled with God's Word, God's Presence, and with the Power His Holy Spirit.
God bless Israel and the Church in this last time that summer is near (Matthew 24:32), the time of the harvest (Matthew 13:30), is even “at the doors” (Matthew 24:33).
